This skin-contact white is made from deep rooted Austrian varietals from different vintages. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation, partly on skins, and is then matured in wood. No fining or filtering.
The bouquet is delicate baked apples and herbal tea, with touches of propolis and mustard seeds. The palate commands attention with fresh acidity and a bone dry firm structure. Long salty and finely tart aftertaste.
