Description: 100% Gamay from the 600 mile stretch of Loire Valley. Growing conditions in this region are so similar to that of the Beaujolais, it makes a perfect match for Gamay to be grown here. The vintner, Laurent started producing natural wines in 2010, and almost exclusively uses carbonic maceration for his wines. This one has been touted as the perfect bistro wine, unpretentious, quaffable, convivial, and certainly very very agreeable!
