Sebastien and Èmeline inherited the vines in 2003 which are planted along the banks of the Loire, and then decided to dig a cave for their cellar about 500m deep into limestone cliffs (how cool is that?!). So cool in-fact, that without intervention this cellar is able to maintain 12 degrees all year round! Anyways, we digress...  Exciting red Loire made from Grolleau. Super juice! The name refers to the smacking sound your lips will make when you taste a sip.
