On Saturday, September 24th (from 12pm-1am) Birreria Volo (612 College St.) will be one of the 85 locations in the world to host Zwanze Day, an annual release of a limited one-off lambic beer made by Brasserie Cantillon (Brussels, Belgium).

Join us Friday, August 12th as Volo flies over to Halifax to take over Bar Stillwell & The Stillwell Freehouse from open to close (12pm-1am). This long-standing friendship roots back over a decade ago when Andrew dipped his English toes in the beer scene at the original Bar Volo. Working for Volo for many years, he slowly (but surely) climbed the ranks to becoming an O.G Volo all-star Andrew left Toronto in 2013 and opened Stillwell with his partner Laura and his brother-in-crime Chris.
